Altogether, we employ over 1,150 people, making us one of the region’s most significant employers.As part of our maintenance team, electromechanics are responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of machines and production equipment. They diagnose and fix malfunctions and perform technical inspections, contributing to the continuous and safe operation of the facility.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Detecting and troubleshooting machinery and installations to ensure continuous and efficient operation.

  • Performing regular inspections, maintenance, and repairs of machinery and installations.

  • Analyzing the root causes of equipment failures and implementing corrective and preventive measures.

  • Carrying out scheduled preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.

  • Installing and commissioning new machinery and electrical/mechanical components.

  • Reading and interpreting technical documentation, electrical diagrams, and mechanical schematics.

  • Keeping detailed maintenance records and preparing technical reports.

  • Collaborating with production, engineering, and safety teams to ensure smooth operations.

  • Ensuring compliance with workplace safety standards and regulations.

  • Proposing improvements to enhance the reliability, efficiency, and performance of equipment.

Requirements and Preferred Skills

  • Electrical, mechanical, or related technical education, with strong understanding of electromechanical systems,

  • Ability to read, interpret, and work with technical documentation, schematics, and manuals,

  • General knowledge of industrial equipment and machinery, including pneumatics, hydraulics, mechanics, and electrical installations,

  • Familiarity with preventive and predictive maintenance practices,

  • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking to identify root causes of technical issues,

  • Ability to use diagnostic tools, measuring instruments, and standard workshop equipment,

  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and a safety-first mindset in all tasks performed,

  • Flexibility and readiness to work on a 3-shift system / 4-brigade schedule,

  • Good teamwork and communication skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues across departments,

  • Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
