Located in Legnica, we proudly operate the largest Gates facility in Europe and the second largest worldwide. Our site comprises three key operations: belt production, hose manufacturing, and a distribution center. Altogether, we employ over 1,150 people, making us one of the region’s most significant employers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Execute the production plan according to the specified specifications,
- Adhering to technological norms and standards when performing production operations,
- Supervising the quality of materials and products, ensuring the highest production standards,
- Ensuring that the processes in your position are safe and comply with quality and production requirements,
- Professional operation of machinery and equipment in accordance with position instruction.
Requirements and Preferred Skills
- You have a positive attitude and strong motivation to work,
- You are able to concentrate on working with production machinery,
- You have the desire to continuously develop your manual skills,
- Experience working with equipment and machinery will be a great asset.
