Position Summary

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Builds knowledge of the company, processes and customers
- Solves a range of straightforward problems

- Manages terminations or voluntary separation process to include explaining polices/procedures to employees, responding to questions, participating in interactive discussions with employees.
- Provides administrative support for HR disciplines including staffing, employee development, compensation, benefits and employee relations
- Maintains personnel files in compliance with applicable legal requirements.
- Handle and provide personnel information during internal or external audits
- Maintains Oracle (HR Gate) information up to date
- Performs other duties as required and assigned.
- Maintain iPower as corporate training and admin tool - Coordinate communication programs
- Supports the onboarding process
- Implements environment/wellness programs

Requirements and Preferred Skills
- 2 - 4 years of experience in HR
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology or related
- Typically requires a college or university degree or the equivalent work experience that provides exposure to fundamental theories, principles and concepts
