Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage the production process, ensure the correct performance of human, material and machine resources considering as a priority safety to accomplish hour by hour production goals.
- Ensure product quality in compliance with customer specifications and requirements.
- Ensure compliance with the legal, corporate, national and international system requirements applicable to the organization .

Requirements and Preferred Skills
- Bachelor´s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or other Engineering. Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the Rubber, Plastics, Metalworking or Automotive industry
- MSOffice: Excel, Word, Oracle.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
- ISO9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001.
