Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment following the standards and policies defined in operations, according to legal, customer, and corporate requirements.
  • Report any unsafe conditions or quality problems.
  • Maintain facilities and equipment tools in good condition. Comply with the HSE and quality policies.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and influence the organization’s processes for designing, manufacturing, distributing, consuming, and disposing of products.

Requirements and Preferred Skills

  • Must be able to perform physical tasks.
  • 100% working on the line.
  • Must be able to work 48 hours per week, plus overtime, with reliable and consistent attendance.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards.
  • Must have good communication skills, with the ability to carry out written and verbal instructions.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position.
  • High school diploma or completed technical degree.
