Position Summary

Located in Toluca PT Plant, you will be responsible for performing and completing various accounting functions including coordinating with the Engineering and Operations Departments to ensure cost operations are accurate and up to date.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for the adequate and timely registration of weekly payrolls, in compliance with local and corporate legal regulations, as well as the guidelines established in the collective bargaining agreement.
- Administration and registration of payroll incidents.
- Review of payroll reports (adequately support each of the incidents.)
- Administration of the documentary file related to the payroll calculation.
- Administration of processes related to food vouchers, cancellation and replacement of cards, calculation of bonuses.
- In charge of the maintenance of the payroll administration system, being the link with the payroll system provider (ADAM Technologies)
- Provide support and clarification to employees on issues related to payroll calculation.
- Participate in audits and prepare the information.
- Participate in special projects as assigned.

- None

Requirements and Preferred Skills
- 2-4 years at least for experience.
- Knowledge of Mexican taxes about salaries, PTU. Christmas bonus.
- Knowledge of SUA, IMSS,INFONACOT
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Accounting or Finance.
- Knowledge in Excel
- Teamwork
- Highly proficient in Excel
- Knowledge of Adam system preferred.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Demonstrated problem solving skills: understanding of appropriate escalation points
- Works well under pressure, effectively handles conflict and demonstrates flexibility in work style to accommodate changing priorities and fixed deadlines.
