Wat kun je verwachten
Belangrijkste Taken en Verantwoordelijkheden
- Analyseren van technische gegevens en bepalen van de grondoorzaak (nieuwe vs. geïnstalleerde onderdelen, leveranciersverificatie, enz.).
- Cross-functioneel samenwerken met Sales, Product Line Management en Technical Specialists.
- Ondersteunen van evenementen zoals Tech Days en Sales Conferences om kennis te delen en het vertrouwen in het merk te versterken.
- Uitvoeren van authenticatiecontroles van originele onderdelen en, indien nodig, het opstarten van anti-counterfeitprocessen.
- Verifiëren van correcte toepassing en uitvoeren van diepgaande technische analyses.
- Opstellen van duidelijke, data-gedreven Claim Analysis Reports.
- Op basis van expertise beslissingen nemen over claimresultaten (aanvaarden/afwijzen).
- Monitoren en rapporteren van key performance indicators.
- Bijdragen aan productkwaliteitsverbeteringen via preventieve acties en leveranciersbetrokkenheid.
- Optreden als merkambassadeur door uitstekende service en technische ondersteuning te bieden.

- Expertise in verschillende werkprocessen dankzij een combinatie van functiegerichte training en aanzienlijke praktijkervaring.
- Brede en/of diepgaande kennis van processen, procedures en systemen.

Vereisten & Voorkeursvaardigheden
- Een technisch bachelordiploma (automotive, werktuigkunde, autotechniek) of 2+ jaar relevante ervaring in een technische of kwaliteitsfunctie binnen de automotive sector of 5+ jaar ervaring in een garage.
- Sterke interesse in autotechniek en probleemoplossing.
- Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in het Engels en lokaal Nederlands.
- Goede kennis van MS Office, vooral Excel.
- Analytisch denkvermogen met een data‑gedreven aanpak.
- Een samenwerkende mindset en het vermogen om afdelingen te overstijgen.
