- Take charge of industrial timing and V belt products and know well related production and its application, capable of coaching sales, distributor and customer;
- Be good at English oral and writing, communicate fluently, translate all GUPT PA notes and other key article into Chinese;
- As project team leader, responsible for importing new production and new project, till SOP;
- Take charge of key projects of IBU, for example, AG, conveyor and construction;
- Solve the problem in the belt application and support the customer complaint individual, support to finish the customer complaint report, may visit the customer without sales when required;
- Support product commercialization with PL and marketing;
- Standardize PA working procedure, include drawing, analysis report, field information collection and customer information filing;
- Understand the customer application, use CAD, DIQ, Design Flex Pro, SPL and BIS in order to calculate the system layout and assist the customers to choose the suitable belt drive system for the application, determine the belt construction when required; Run 3D Pro-E software to design sprocket and choose appropriate raw material for prototype and OTS sample.
- Work for the new project of the customer and coordinate the whole progress of the project as the leader and have the good communication with customer, effective project management;
- Provide the drawing to the customer, sign the technical agreement with the customers;
- To support the team for the root cause and the solution for the improvement in the process;
- To finish the documents of CRB /PPAP;
- Carry out and implement the environment policy, management system and urgency plan of the company;
- Familiar to metal product, especially for aluminum and steel product, has insight about heat treatment, performance gap, process control etc.
- Use the suitable safeguard and safety tools, remind and collect the insecurity and impertinent behavior in the working of other employee;
- Attend GUPS and finish relative work about PPS, CI and 5S;
- Other tasks or duties as assigned.

Requirements and Preferred Skills
- University or above
- Major in Mechanical or Chemical or Polymer material
- Over 3 years work experience;
- Master AUTO CAD; Pro-E
- Conduct efficient communication with customers;
- Familiar with belts production process and key control points;
- Familiar with belts application;
- Familiar with QA procedure and project management;
- With ability to set up, push and finish the project;
- Good command of English listening, speaking and writing;
- Good team work spirit;
- Diligent.
