Keys to Success

Supervisory Responsibilities

Equipped with necessary PPE and work strictly based on HSE requirements;

Carry out production schedule and operate accordingly to ensure belt quality.

Obey the arrangement of team leaders and report to them;

Operate according to working instructions strictly;

Record necessary data during the working process;

Properly operate and maintain the equipment and tools;

Implement GUPS, 5S, standardization and TPM when on duty; 

Responsible for shift change delivery ;

Implement all HSE law and regulations and onsite safety instructions;

Other tasks or duties assigned.

Requirements and Preferred Skills

1. Senior high school education or higher than technical secondary school education;

高中以上文化程度或者中专以上文化程度；

2. More than two-year related working experience.

两年以上相关工作经验。

3. After relative on-job training, get familiar with operation skill and get certified.

经过相关岗位培训，熟悉操作技能，持证上岗。
