Gates Global Mentoring is a program that allows experienced Gates employees to mentor eager mentees from across the globe creating a powerhouse of knowledge and inspiration. Almost 5,000 professionals have participated in the program since its inception in 2016, helping by offering more than guidance—they share invaluable resources and networks, propelling mentees toward unprecedented career heights.
