Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Sales Promotion & Customer Engagement
- Conduct field visits to build and maintain relationships with retailers, garages, and mechanics.
- Provide product demos, technical advice, and marketing support.
- Collect feedback on product use, trends, and competitors.
- Assist with inquiries, troubleshooting, and purchasing decisions.
- Ensure service quality by coordinating issue resolution.
Technical Training & Support
- Develop and deliver product training for distributors, sales teams, and customers.
- Host workshops, webinars, and sessions to improve knowledge and usage.
- Prepare and update manuals and training materials.
- Provide on-site and remote support to ensure correct product use.
- Train sales teams and partners during product launches.
Market Intelligence & Business Growth
- Monitor trends, competitor activity, and pricing; share insights with the team.
- Analyze customer data and sales to identify new opportunities.
- Support targeted sales strategies and promotional efforts.
- Work with marketing to develop educational digital content.

Supervisory Responsibilities
No direct personnel responsibility, but you will lead training and influence key stakeholders (distributors, mechanics, sales teams) through expertise and engagement.
Requirements and Preferred Skills
- Technical or commercial degree, ideally in Engineering, Automotive, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in customer-facing technical roles, ideally in the automotive aftermarket.
- Experience with product training, customer support, or field sales.
- Fluent in English; additional EMEA languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel frequently across the region.
