What to expect

A Customer Experience Associate is a professional who is responsible for managing and improving the overall customer experience with a company or organization. Their primary focus is to ensure that customers have a positive and satisfying experience throughout their interactions with the company, from initial contact to post-purchase support.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide timely, professional customer support across multiple channels, resolving inquiries, issues, and complaints effectively.
  • Build strong customer relationships through proactive communication and a service‑oriented mindset.
  • Manage order processing activities, including PO review, pricing verification, availability checks, and delivery coordination.
  • Support pricing and quoting processes, ensuring accuracy and proper maintenance of pricing information.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Technical Support, Logistics, and other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate customer and transaction records in CRM systems, tracking feedback and service trends.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO quality standards, QHSE requirements, and all applicable health, safety, and environmental procedures.

Requirements and Preferred Skills

  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus) with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • 0–1 year of customer service, sales support, or administrative experience; internships or graduate experience accepted.
  • Strong customer‑focused mindset with empathy, active listening, and basic problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage daily tasks in a structured and detail‑oriented way.
  • Comfortable working with CRM systems (Oracle Cloud preferred) and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Team player able to collaborate effectively with sales, logistics, and support teams.
  • Awareness of Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) standards; ISO knowledge is a plus, not mandatory.
