Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- ISO Compliance & Audits: Evaluate company practices against ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards; conduct internal audits and ensure periodic reporting.
- Incident Monitoring & Investigation: Track and investigate workplace injuries, illnesses, and environmental accidents; handle worker’s compensation claims.
- Safety & Environmental Strategies: Develop strategies to reduce health, safety, and environmental risks; review subcontractor H&S plans.
- Training & Awareness: Design and deliver QHSE training programs; conduct Toolbox Talks and pre-task briefings to ensure safety compliance.
- Reporting & Data Analysis: Generate reports on QHSE system effectiveness, collect customer feedback, and provide weekly H&S statistics.
- Regulatory Compliance & Inspections: Audit safety registers and permits (lifting equipment, confined spaces, hot work, etc.); ensure adherence to safety regulations.
- Cross-functional Support: Collaborate with supervisors, liaise with customers for inspections, and support other business units when required.

Supervisory Responsibilities
- No supervisory responsibilities but may provide guidance to new associates

Requirements and Preferred Skills
- 2-4 years of experience
- Knowledge of hydraulic systems and QHSE applications is an advantage.
- Relevant certifications: Occupational Health & Safety, NDT Level II, Welding CSWIP 3.1.
- Ability to work offshore/onshore, conduct site visits, and use ERP/Orion Systems.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 & API Q1, 7K, 16C standards.
- Strong attention to detail, emergency response, and hazardous material safety.
- Excellent communication skills for presenting health and safety topics.
- Experience in writing reports, conducting audits, and analyzing data.
