Short Description
Conduct PPAP´s for new projects and new parts and manage customer issues following customers and Gates requirements.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct PPAP’s for all customer
- Prepare all Quality PPAP documents
- Prepare Initial sample reports for PPAP’s
- Manage Customer Issues according to internal procedure and Customer requirements
- Work with all Customer Web site Portal
- Lead 8D reports
- Participate in customer Audits and visits
- Participate in the improvement of process AMFE management
- Contribute actively to the continuous improvement activities launched in the company
- Apply the Lean Manufacturing (GPS) principles
- Accomplish with HSE standards that apply in the company

Requirements and Preferred Skills
- 5-7 years of experience
Travel
- In some cases, it can be needed to travel at customer plants
