WHAT TO EXPECT

As an innovation leader, we seek ambitious, forward-thinking, open-minded, and well-rounded individuals to join our global team. Based in our Brantford, Canada office, this role reports to the Controller.Responsible for independently executing full-cycle accounting activities, financial reporting, and analysis while supporting operational decision-making and ensuring compliance with internal controls and accounting standards.

Key responsibilities:

Lead month-end close and financial statement preparation
Analyze financial results, identify variances, and recommend actions
Maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance
Partner with operations to support cost and performance improvements
Perform complex reconciliations and resolve accounting issues
Support audits and continuous improvement initiatives
ABOUT YOU

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance
CPA (or in progress) preferred
5–7 years of accounting experience
Strong knowledge of GL, reconciliations, and financial reporting
ERP experience (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
Ability to work independently and partner cross-functionally and operate effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed global environment
Must be legally authorized to work in Canada without sponsorship Top of Form
