Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Must have multiple implementation experience on Oracle EBS (R12) supply chain modules such as Purchasing, Inventory, Order Management and India Localization (GST).
  2. Proficient in Purchasing, Inventory, Order Management and India Localization (GST) setup and configuration from scratch.
  3. Experience in Indian localizations (GST) is must.
  4. Experience in configuring and supporting EDI (XML Gateway for inbound/outbound integrations), ATP and MRP with in Oracle E-Business Suite R12. 
  5. Experience in working on the 3rd party Integration (Commercial side – Oracle Order Management) with Oracle E-Business Suite R12 would be added advantage.
  6. Knowledge of Oracle manufacturing modules such as (Bill of Material, Work In process, Quality) would be an added advantage.
  7. Should be able to identify gaps in Oracle Supply chain and able to re-engineering the Oracle process to meet business requirement.
  8. Knowledge of SQL, Form Personalization needed.
  9. Proficient to identity the business vs application gaps and solution designing.
  10. Excellent analytical skills and understanding of business process
  11. Strong conceptualization skills, well versed with functional setups
  12. Proficient in writing Functional Design Documents; Well versed with AIM documentation templates and standards
  13. Deep product knowledge accumulated with involvement in on- site implementation/ support of Oracle Applications ERP
  14. Should be able to identify gaps in the solution and design solutions to bridge these gaps
  15. Assist, coach, and mentor other engagement team members on issues they may encounter in the design and implementation of solutions.
  16. Extremely self-motivated and self-learner.
  17. Ability to partner within IT cross function and business team.
  18. Ability to plan and deliver cost effective results
  19. Excellent English verbal and written communication, interpersonal, presentation, conflict resolution, and customer service skills
  20. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high volume, deadline-driven environment
  21. Ability to balance multiple demands and work both independently and as part of a team
  22. Must be flexible and adaptable to changing business models and Organization structures
  23. Professionalism in dealing with all levels of management and staff

Supervisory Responsibilities

The incumbent operates as an Individual contributor & reports to Oracle SCM - Lead and support business in all day-to-day operations to achieve the business objectives of the company

Requirements and Preferred Skills

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in information technology (computer science or related field / MCA) or MBA (Operation).
  • Minimum 7-9 years of Oracle R12 working experience in Oracle Supply Chain with 2-3 End to End cycle implementation / support.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills and systematic problem solving skills.
  • Extremely self-motivated and self-learner.
  • Ability to balance multiple demands and work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high volume, deadline-driven environment.
  • Ability to plan and deliver cost effective results.
