Essential Duties and Responsibilities

As an innovation leader, we look for ambitious, forward thinking, open-minded and well-rounded individuals to join our global team. Located in our downtown Denver office, you will be responsible to help bring the company’s story to life across media, industry forums, and executive platforms, with a balance of content creation and program execution. 

  • You will report to the Manager, Global Brand & Corporate Communications  

 

Responsibilities 

Public Relations 

  • Draft and edit press releases, media pitches, and corporate announcements. 
  • Support coordination with PR agencies and media partners. 
  • Monitor media coverage, industry trends, and competitive activity; prepare reports and insights for leadership. 

 

Industry Partnerships & Associations 

  • Coordinate participation in industry associations, forums, and trade groups, ensuring alignment with corporate priorities and brand positioning. 
  • Partner with regional marketing and product teams on co-marketing or joint initiatives with business/industry partners. 
  • Support planning and messaging for sponsorships, industry events, and corporate presence at conferences/tradeshows. 
  • Evaluate and track ROI/impact of industry-facing partnerships. 

 

Additional Responsibilities 

  • Execute HQ-level employee campaigns and initiatives. 
  • Partner on internal announcements and leadership messaging to employees. 
  • Extend corporate storytelling by creating and amplifying brand-aligned content across digital and social platforms. 
  • Support digital amplification of communications initiatives through paid and organic tactics (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, sponsored content). 
  • Special projects as assigned 

Requirements and Preferred Skills

  • 3–5 years of experience in external communications, PR, or marketing communications 
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills across formats 
  • Expertise with Associated Press (AP) writing style 
  • Familiarity with media relations, industry associations, and external event participation 
  • Passion to adhere to brand and messaging guidelines 
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities at once 
  • Strong analytical/technical skills 
  • Experience with digital advertising and analytics tools (Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Business Suite) preferred 

Pay & Benefits

  • Full-Time
  • Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000
  • Relocation is not provided
  • Medical, Dental, Vision insurance and other voluntary benefit options: benefits begin on the first day of the month immediately following your date of hire
  • Eligible for 3 weeks of paid vacation + 11 holidays (9 scheduled & 2 floating) + 8 sick days. All vacation days are accrued
  • 401(k): 3% company contribution and additional 3% company match
