Essential Duties and Responsibilities
As a key leader within the corporate team, the Global IT Change and Compliance Manager will oversee and execute strategic change and compliance initiatives across our global IT landscape. This role is responsible for managing a team of analysts and working closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure effective governance and regulatory compliance across critical enterprise platforms including SAP, Oracle, HFM, Kyriba, CPQ, WMS, and Business Intelligence systems.
Reporting directly to the Director of IT, this role combines technical acumen, leadership capability, and a strong compliance mindset to drive operational excellence, maintain audit readiness, and ensure consistency across global IT processes.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the Global IT Change & Compliance Management function, setting clear direction, priorities, and performance expectations.
- Develop and implement global change management strategies aligned with IT governance and business objectives.
- Serve as the primary liaison between IT, internal/external audit teams, and business units for all change and compliance-related matters.
- Oversee the end-to-end change lifecycle, ensuring changes are properly documented, tested, approved, implemented, and audited.
- Manage version control processes using Serena ChangeMan (PVCS) and ensure adherence to internal compliance standards.
- Coordinate with technical teams for planning and validation of system upgrades, patching activities, and object migrations.
- Lead IT compliance initiatives, particularly related to SOX, internal controls, and audit readiness.
- Ensure accurate and timely generation and review of system access and change history reports (e.g., Tableau, Linux, Windows).
- Maintain and enforce audit documentation standards (e.g., Build Sheets, Patch Analysis Logs) and ensure timely delivery for interim and year-end audits.
- Manage, coach, and mentor a team of Change and Compliance Analysts, fostering continuous improvement and a culture of accountability.
- Partner with global IT teams to ensure consistent execution of change and compliance policies across all regions.
- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executive leadership.

Requirements and Preferred Skills
Required Qualification:
- 7+ years of experience in IT Change Management, Compliance, or IT Governance within a global enterprise.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex IT initiatives.
- Strong understanding of SOX controls, IT audit processes, and compliance frameworks.
- Technical proficiency with enterprise platforms including Oracle, SAP, Windows Server, Linux (RHEL/Ubuntu), Serena ChangeMan, and ManageEngine Service Desk Plus.
- Hands-on experience managing version control and change lifecycle tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to influence across all levels of the organization.
- Strategic leader with deep expertise in IT governance, risk, and compliance.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Professional certifications such as CISA, ITIL, or equivalent.
- Experience with global IT operations and compliance program implementation.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Pay & Benefits
- Full-Time
- Salary Range: $130,000 - $150,000
- Bonus Eligible
- Medical, Dental, Vision insurance and other voluntary benefit options: benefits begin on the first day of the month immediately following your date of hire
- Eligible for 3 weeks of paid vacation + 11 holidays (9 scheduled & 2 floating) + 8 sick days. All vacation days are accrued
