Essential Duties and Responsibilities

As an innovation leader, we look for ambitious, forward thinking, open-minded and well-rounded individuals to join our global mobility team. Located in our Denver office, we are seeking a Sr. Brand Analyst on our Mobility team to champion the creative development, execution, consistency, and evolution of our brand across international markets. This cross-functional role blends strategic brand leadership with hands-on design execution to ensure all touchpoints—from graphic design to packaging—embody the soul of our brand.

 

You will play a critical role in shaping the visual identity for a globally recognized brand in the powersports and bicycle space. A deep personal interest in motorcycles and bicycles is essential, ideally with hands-on riding experience. Familiarity with belt drive systems for both motorcycles and bicycles is strongly preferred.

Brand Management & Strategy

  • Enforce and evolve global brand standards across all channels, partners, and regions globally
  • Serve as the guardian of brand identity across platforms and markets
  • Lead internal brand training, global creative reviews, and brand compliance processes
  • Partner with marketing, product, and regional teams to ensure brand consistency and resonance globally
  • Partner with regional teams to localize core campaigns without diluting brand equity

Creative Development & Growth Initiatives

  • Lead the strategic development of positioning frameworks that differentiate Gates Belt Drive across markets and audiences
  • Contribute to global marketing campaigns with original concepts and culturally relevant design thinking
  • Work closely with content creators and agencies to develop graphic packages that drive engagement and brand affinity
  • Develop branded merchandise and apparel that inspires pride and loyalty among customers and partners
  • Guide teams on how to embed brand thinking into every touchpoint—from product design to retail execution
  • Analyze performance of brand initiatives and creative assets, using insights to iterate and optimize future work

Social & Digital Brand Oversight

  • Serve as brand steward across all consumer-facing digital channels, with a focus on social media content alignment
  • Review, approve, and help shape visual and messaging standards for all global social media content
  • Collaborate with regional teams and external partners to ensure social content is on-brand, engaging, and tailored to the target audience
  • Develop branded content templates, asset libraries, and brand guides for social platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Partner with content creators, ambassadors, and influencers to provide clear creative direction and protect brand voice and visual identity

 

Key Responsilbities Continued

Video Production & Content Oversight

  • Oversee in-house video production projects, from concept through delivery, to ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity
  • Act as creative director and brand steward across all video touchpoints—including product storytelling, ambassador features, brand documentaries, and event recaps
  • Proactively guide third-party content creation (influencers, media partners, ambassadors) to protect brand integrity, provide clear briefing documents, and ensure on-brand execution
  • Review and approve third-party assets (video, social content, photography, packaging, etc.) before publication to ensure alignment with tone, visual identity, and strategic messaging
  • Provide feedback and coaching to partners on how to elevate and protect the brand in different formats and cultural contexts
  • Work closely with legal and marketing leadership to ensure proper brand use, IP protection, and content compliance

Graphic Design Execution / Product & Packaging Influence

  • Own the creation of all graphic assets including:
    • Paid ad creative
    • Sales collateral
    • Packaging designs
    • Tradeshow visuals and booth graphics
  • Deliver high-impact, on-brand visuals across digital and physical applications
  • Define the visual and emotional signature of the brand across digital, packaging, event, and product ecosystems
  • Organize and maintain asset library for global team access
  • Provide input during early stages of product development to guide design language and brand integration
  • Lead global packaging strategy including structural packaging design, sustainability initiatives, and regional adaptation
  • Manage packaging changeovers, kitting requirements, and version control across global markets

Supervisory Responsibilities

  • None.

Requirements and Preferred Skills

  • 5-7 years of experience in graphic design, brand management, or marketing—preferably in consumer products, active lifestyle, or mobility industries such as Bicycle or Powersports.
  • Strong understanding of industry dynamics, product categories, components and consumer behavior within the Bicycle and/or Powersports markets.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
  • Excellent project management skills—able to juggle multiple initiatives and deadlines in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Strong project management skills. Experience with Smartsheet for project management.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Teams, OneDrive.
  • Global marketing experience preferred; ability to adapt brand messaging and assets for international markets.
  • Willingness to travel 20% (domestic and international) to support events, tradeshows, and other brand activations.
  • Excited to work in the office with great teammates.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.

Pay & Benefits

  • Full-Time
  • Salary Range: $90,000 - $98,000
  • No bonus potential
  • Relocation is not provided
  • Medical, Dental and Vision insurance: benefits begin on the first day of the month immediately following your date of hire
  • Eligible for 3 weeks of paid vacation + 11 holidays (9 scheduled & 2 floating) + 8 sick days
  • 401(k): 3% company contribution and additional 3% company match
