Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The Senior Business Development Manager, Data Centers Americas, is responsible for the development of profitable and sustainable sales growth for data center cooling solutions through OEM customers within the Region. The Senior Business Development Manager will have responsibility to coordinate sales efforts across the entire Power Transmission and Fluid Power products portfolio in our First Fit Channel.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drive sales and share growth in the Datacenter Market in our First Fit Channel.
- Work closely with our Application Engineering and Product Line Management team on new opportunities and drive sales to closure.
- Execution and achievement of the pipeline and annual sales targets assigned.
- Understand industry dynamics, decision-making process and decision makers on product specification and buying decisions.
- Identify and map key players in the decision-making chain (Engineering Firm /Consultants /Owner & operators of data center and crypto sites / Developers & Integrators)..
- Technology trends/technology shifts - understand how the industry requirements are changing and translate how it affects the utilization of our products (for example: immersion cooling, direct to chip cooling).
- Identify industry standards and requirements for focus in terms of development, qualifications, and testing/demonstration for market legitimacy.
- Identify and size opportunities related to new opportunities that may require product development.
- Monitor and provide input of critical market intelligence from the market, customer, and competitor view for the Data Center segment.
- Monitor key competitors' performance; compare to our own performance and draw conclusions on areas of growth opportunities and/or identify competitive threats to the business.

Requirements and Preferred Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or Marketing discipline.
- Minimum of 7+ years of relevant professional experience with at least 5 years business development or account sales experience.
- Demonstrated experience growing sales in the Datacenter Industry.
- Existing network at leading companies in the Datacenter industry including Server OEM’s, Cooling OEM’s, Hyperscalers, Chip Manufacturers and Integrators
- Significant knowledge of the industrial supply chain and leading companies supporting the OEM channel.
- Understanding of product qualification requirements at OEM’s to accelerate acceptance within the industry.
- Strong networking and pipeline development skills
- A passion for sales with a high level of proactiveness and persistence.
- Excellent communicator, both oral and written. Must possess the ability to design and conduct presentations.
- Strong relationship building and relationship management skills across functions and organizational levels.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills along with strong attention to detail.
- Experience with CRM software.
- Proficient MS Office skills.
- Travel for this role is allotted at 50%.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
Pay & Benefits
- Full-Time
- Salary Range: $155,000 - $173,000
- SIP Eligible
- Relocation is not provided

- Eligible for 3 weeks of paid vacation + 11 holidays (9 scheduled & 2 floating) + 8 sick days. All vacation days are accrued
