What to Expect

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) is responsible for delivering a high-quality employee experience through end-to-end HR business partnering at site level. The role provides comprehensive generalist HR support focusing predominantly on recruitment. Oversees payroll governance and compliance, leads Time & Attendance, manages HR systems and reporting, and delivers full-cycle UK recruitment. Acting as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, the HRBP supports organisational effectiveness, compliance, and talent outcomes aligned to business objectives.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide general HR support, act as a trusted advisor to managers, and support additional HR tasks including, but not limited to, UK payroll closeouts, audits, and compliance
  • Lead end-to-end UK recruitment, including role definition, hiring justification, sourcing, interviewing, assessments, and contract issuance.
  • Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers and advise on selection strategies.
  • Manage and optimise the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and job advertising.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and reporting to guide workforce planning
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through structured onboarding and induction
  • Support probation reviews, appraisals, and performance management for new hires.
  • Ensure compliance with employment law and HR policies throughout recruitment.
  • Drive continuous improvement of recruitment processes and site employee experience.

Supervisory Responsibilities

  • No supervisory responsibilities but may provide guidance to new associates

Requirements and Preferred Skills

    • 2-4 years of experience in an HR Recruiter or HR Business Partner role.
    • Relevant HR qualification (e.g., CIPD Level 5 or equivalent) or equivalent education/experience.
    • Pragmatic, solution-focused, and detail-oriented approach.
    • Confidence in using HRIS platforms.
    • Strong organisational, prioritisation, and time management abilities
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
