What To Expect
While working on-site at our Euskirchen location, you will gain valuable hands-on experience as an HSE-Student in Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) management. You will actively support our HSE team in daily operations as well as in exciting projects, contributing directly to a safe and sustainable workplace. Your working hours will be arranged in line with your availability so that your studies remain the top priority, with flexible scheduling of up to 20h/week during lecture periods.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Prepare, update, and maintain occupational health and safety documentation (e.g., risk assessments, operating instructions, hazardous substances register).

Contribute to the development of new HSE documents and guidelines.

Support the preparation and reporting of HSE key performance indicators.

Assist in the organization of trainings, briefings, and workshops on current HSE topics.

Actively participate in HSE projects and initiatives.
Requirements and Preferred Skills

Enrolled student at a university or university of applied sciences in the field of Safety Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a comparable study program.

Strong interest in occupational health and safety and in further developing HSE processes - initial practical experience in HSE or occupational safety is a plus.

Ability to work independently, reliably, and with attention to detail.

Strong teamwork and communication skills combined with organizational talent.
- High motivation to learn and contribute to the further development of HSE topics.

Good English skills and fluent German.

Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel).
