Bei Gates Tube Fittings in Euskirchen unterstützen Sie unser IT-Team im operativen Tagesgeschäft – vom 1st Level Support über die Hardwarekonfiguration bis hin zur Erstellung von Reports. Sie sammeln wertvolle Praxiserfahrung in den Bereichen SQL, Netzwerke, Datenbanken und Systemadministration – mit flexiblen Arbeitszeiten, die sich Ihrem Studienalltag anpassen.
Ihre Aufgaben
- Ansprechpartner im 1st Level Support für unsere internen Anwender
- Unterstützung bei der Einrichtung, Konfiguration und Wartung von Hardware
- Erstellung und Pflege von Reports (SQL, VBS) aus unserem ERP- und Datawarehouse-System
- Unterstützung des IT-Managers bei laufenden Projekten
- Erste Einblicke in Netzwerktechnik, Windows-Server und Systemadministration (System i)

- Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
- Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, Lernbereitschaft und Teamgeist
- Interesse an IT-nahen Aufgaben in einem modernen Arbeitsumfeld

Ihr Hintergrund und Ihre Fähigkeiten
- Eingeschriebene/r Student/in der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs
- Erste Kenntnisse in SQL, VBS und idealerweise in Netzwerken oder Windows-Systemen
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Flexibilität, Eigenverantwortung und IT-Affinität
