Analyst - Logistic

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Generate accurate invoices for all customers, including preparation of e-way bills, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Collaborate closely with the S&OP team to fulfill customer requirements effectively, facilitating daily meetings for coordination.

• Oversee the logistics deliveries and coordinate with local suppliers, ensuring prompt and efficient transportation arrangements. Regularly follow up with transporters to ensure timely delivery across India and verify and submit transport bills to finance

• Conduct physical inventory counts upon material receipt in FFL (Finished Goods Warehouse) and its subsequent transfer to FPW (Finished Product Warehouse).

• Strategize and plan for the procurement and utilization of JCB/Bull Machine/After Market Kitting equipment

• Uphold all safety standards and compliance regulations, ensuring adherence to HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) guidelines. Conduct LPA (Layered Process Audits) as scheduled and maintain proper documentation.
• Provide HSE training to Logistic workers and ensure that transporters/vendors adhere to HSE practices and statutory requirements.
• Implement and maintain 5S/FIFO systems, proper storage systems, and material handling practices, ensuring all materials in FG Store are properly labeled and located.
• Provide freight provisions for the month to the finance department and handle the preparation of scrap invoices.

Supervisory Responsibilities

• The incumbent reports to Manager – D&L  & operate in individual contributor capacity.

   

Requirements and Preferred Skills

• Minimum 6 years, proven track record in Logistic and good knowledge of MS Office
• Requires a bachelor eductiona or Diploma in engineering.
