Essential Duties and Responsibilities
This role is responsible for executing forecasting tools and scenario planning and making strategies and actions plan to achieve production plan together with Local functional leaders (i.e. Innovation, Operations, Finance, HR, IT and Supply Chain) to achieve overall organization’s objectives.
In addition, this role would have to liaise with Multi-discipline team including support functions, to delight our Internal and External stakeholders.
The responsibilities of the role are to implement the required action plan, manage inventory management activities to support efforts to achieve productivity. The role shall carry out tactical activities to have inventory in stock
The assigned territories include Fluid Power businesses in India. The specific responsibilities will fall into three primary areas:
Accountability #1: Customer (Internal / External Stakeholders)
- Coordination with the Procurement department for the material.
- Coordination with the Commercial and Operation team for Production and delivery as per
- Understanding of Internal process capacities and constraints.
Accountability #2: Process / Performance
- Knowledge of ERP, particularly the production planning module.
- Planning and execution skills including scheduling, adherence to plans, and tracking commitments and deliverables.
- Understanding of business priorities, sales trends, and customer segment.
Accountability #3: People:
- Coordinating with the Production team for the assembly of the goods.
- Review the plan with the team.
- Plan the material as per the requirement.

Supervisory Responsibilities

The incumbent reports Manager – S&OP & operate in individual contributor capacity.
Requirements and Preferred Skills
- Minimum 3 years, proven track record in and understanding of ERP/MRP systems and their use in a manufacturing environment.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or other related discipline, post-Graduation in Management will be favorable.
