Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Strategic Account Management
  • Lead end-to-end business for key OEM accounts including JCB (Faridabad, Jaipur, Pune), Manitou, Preet Agro.
  • Own P&L responsibility and drive revenue growth, profitability, and long-term business sustainability.
  • Manage a business portfolio consistently delivering ₹100+ Crore annually over the last 3 years.
  1. Business Growth & Expansion
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities across platforms, applications, and geographies.
  • Successfully expanded footprint into new OEM programs including P1068, P992, P42, 3CX, 2DX, TH18, TJ65, T86, and Backhoe platforms.
  • Delivered significant new business wins:
    • Brazil business (P1068 & P992) – ₹100 Million
    • Preet Agro – ₹80 Million peak potential
    • Manitou programs – ₹30 Million potential
    • 3CX Domestic & Export – ₹40 Million potential
  1. Customer Relationship & Stakeholder Management
  • Built strong relationships across Purchase, SCM, Engineering, and Leadership teams at multiple OEMs.
  • Established reputation as a trusted partner through proactive engagement and high responsiveness.
  • Maintained zero customer escalations throughout tenure.
  1. Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Act as a central interface between Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Customers.
  • Accelerate development timelines and ensure successful program launches.
  • Lead resolution of supply chain challenges with structured communication and customer alignment.
  1. Operational Excellence & Risk Management
  • Ensure business continuity during global supply disruptions and market volatility.
  • Effectively manage customer expectations and mitigate risks through proactive planning.
  • Maintain stable revenue performance even in challenging external environments.
  1. Commercial & Technical Ownership
  • Transitioned from technical role to full commercial ownership of strategic accounts.
  • Lead pricing, negotiations, and technical-commercial discussions independently.

Supervisory Responsibilities

The role encompasses complete ownership of business growth, profitability, customer strategy, and cross-functional execution across multiple global OEMs including JCB, Manitou, and Preet Agro and Will Report to NSM. 

Requirements and Preferred Skills

  •  Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering
  •  13+ years of experience in automotive / OEM industry.
