Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • To lead and execute the S&OP Process to align the Demand and Supply planning to meet the Sales ,Operation , Finance Objectives with better co-ordination of  supply and production plans.
  • Ensure the customer forecast and demand signals into total planning process and create a Revenue and Operation plan visibility to stakeholder.
  • Play a VoC (voice of customer) role and managing customer supportability with alignment of operation targets and objectives.
  • Create and ensure the Dock-to-dock alignment to meet the customer demand
  • Lead the plant level S&OP process and represent the plant capability and constraints.
  • Monitor and improve KPIs such as forecast accuracy, plan adherence, inventory turns, and service levels.
  • Identify the potential risk of supply and escalate the constraints to next level to reduce the risk through mitigation and contingency plan. 
  • Mange a team of planners, analysists & S&OP Coordinator’s, to demonstrate the effective process in plant.
  • Build planning discipline through structured planning calendars, input cut-offs, and accountability mechanisms.
  • Lead and facilitate discussions with Manger to enable informed decision-making and issue resolution.

  • The incumbent reports to SCM Manager & operate in People manager capacity.

Requirements and Preferred Skills

  • Minimum 6 years, proven track record in Supply chain planning in a manufacturing environment
  • Degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Management or equivalent
