Essential Duties and Responsibilities

OVERVIEW

Are you passionate about people and eager to start a career in Human Resources? This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in talent research, employee engagement, and HR process improvement. You'll work closely with the HR Director to support initiatives that simplify and enhance HR practices across the region.

This is the perfect role for someone looking to build a strong foundation in HR while contributing to meaningful, real-world projects.

THE ROLE

As an HR Intern, you will play a key role in supporting ongoing HR initiatives such as talent mapping and employee engagement surveys, while helping to optimize HR processes to improve efficiency and impact.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

HR Initiatives

  • Conduct market research to identify external talent pools key roles.
  • Support the design, coordination, and launch of the employee pulse survey.
  • Assist in reviewing and optimizing existing HR processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

END OBJECTIVES OF THE INTERNSHIP

By the end of the internship, you will:

  • Have successfully identified and mapped critical external talent pools for the organization.
  • Gain hands-on experience in planning and executing employee engagement activities.
  • Develop practical skills in analyzing and streamlining HR processes.

This internship will give you valuable exposure to the operational and strategic side of HR.

Requirements and Preferred Skills

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • Strong interest in Human Resources
  • Excellent research, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
