WHAT TO EXPECT
As an innovation leader, we look for ambitious, forward thinking, open-minded and well-rounded individuals to join our global team. Located in our Hebron, KY plant, you will be an Operation Scheduler.
As our Operation Scheduler be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the workload within the Oracle FOD systems to ensure that our FOD production cells have sufficient workload, as well as ensuring work orders are completed and closed in a timely manner. In this position you will work cross-functionally with distribution staff and leadership as well as our IT resources and Supply Chain Leadership. While this position is based in Hebron, you will be responsible for supporting multiple FOD cells across the Noth American distribution network.
Key responsibilities (to name a few):
- Monitor daily work order releases to ensure timely release, proper inventory allocation, and generation of pick tickets.
- Collaborate with the IT team to identify, report, and resolve system issues or errors affecting work order releases.
- Oversee the current FOD workload to ensure timely execution and completion of tasks, including:
- Partnering with FOD Leaders to address and resolve aging work orders.
- Ensuring new pick tickets are created for partially picked items.
- Canceling unworkable orders.
- Closing work orders that were not completed systematically.
- Coordinate with the Supply Chain team to create ad hoc work orders based on special requests.
- Maintain and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for FOD operations, providing regular reports.
- Support Supply Chain leadership by ensuring all planning master data and supply chain rules are accurately maintained and updated monthly.
- Serve as an escalation point, demonstrating a strong sense of urgency and ownership in resolving issues.
- Engage with appropriate business teams and stakeholders to drive timely resolution and ensure workflow continuity.
ABOUT YOU
- High school diploma required
- Ability to travel up to 10%, including internationally required
- Secondary degree or certification in Business, Operations, or a related field - preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain, scheduling/planning, or order fulfillment
- 2+ years of experience supporting multiple site locations - preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish - preferred
- Knowledge of Oracle
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience with SQL and database management
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship
