What To Expect

We’re currently seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and hands-on FP&A Analyst to join our regional financial planning and analysis team. In this role, you’ll support topline, standard gross margin, and SG&A controlling, contributing to key financial processes and analysis under guidance

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

▪ Coordinating and supporting the monthly financial close process
▪ Coordinating and supporting the preparation of monthly forecasts, annual budgets, and strategic plans for the region
▪ Supporting the ongoing maintenance and improvement of planning processes; designing, developing, and maintaining recurring and ad hoc business reports to deliver data-driven insights and project future results
▪ Identifying opportunities and implementing actions to improve forecast accuracy, cost savings, profit enhancement, and efficiency
▪ Aiding strategic planning and decision-making by identifying trends in products, channels, and key customers
▪ Working effectively with regional functional leaders and teams to ensure SG&A expenses remain within forecasted targets 
▪ Acting as key user for the Financial Planning and Reporting Platform, providing guidance to regional users and liaising with the HQ FP&A team on technical and process improvements

Requirements and Preferred Skills

  • 2-4 years of experience
  • University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with large datasets and extract meaningful insights.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis tools); familiarity with SQL, Power Query, or MS Access is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and a structured approach to tasks.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and adapt to new challenges.
