What To Expect

We're currently looking for a proactive and hands-on FP&A intern whose objective will be to support the regional financial planning and analysis team in topline, standard gross margin and SG&A controlling by being involved in the following processes under supervision

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Performs routine assignments in the entry level to a professional job progression
  • Uses existing procedures to solve routine or standard problems
  • Receives considerable instruction, guidance and direction from others
  • Applies general knowledge of business developed through education or past experience
  • Solves routine problems using existing procedures and standard practices
  • Has limited impact on own work team; works within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines
  • Exchanges basic information, asks questions and checks for understanding

Requirements and Preferred Skills

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, IT, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
  • Having previous experience with BI or finance as an advantage
  • Understanding basic accounting concepts, processes, and financial modeling
  • Applying strong analytical and problem-solving skills, working with large datasets to extract meaningful insights
  • Utilizing advanced MS Office applications, especially Excel (pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis tools)
  • Being familiar with SQL programming, Power Query, PowerBI, or MS Access considered a plus
  • Maintaining a detail-oriented, accurate, and structured approach to tasks
  • Communicating effectively in written and verbal English, knowing other European languages as a plus
  • Working independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Showing eagerness to learn, taking initiative, and adapting to new challenges
  • Committing to availability for a full-time, 6-month internship
