We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Product Marketing & Content Manager to lead the development and execution of go-to-market strategies with a particular emphasis on supporting and engaging automotive spare parts distributors and dealers across the EMEA region.
Working from our office located in Luxembourg and closely collaborating with cross-functional teams — product management, sales, and design — you will create engaging content, position our products in a way that resonates with our target audience and ensure consistent brand communication across all channels.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Initiates, plans, executes, monitors and controls marketing communication projects, implementing the appropriate array of marketing communication online and offline channels, tools, tactics and plans including events, collateral materials, online activities, content management, brand strategy and PR & media advertising.
- Collects all relevant information and manages projects from creation to production, including copywriting & editing, supervising creation, planning, deadlines, content quality, budget and effectiveness.
- Closely follows up on project-related marketing communication expenses and reports on spending to the Marketing Director.
- Strongly liaises with internal key contacts (marketing director, business development director, product managers, technical managers, regional marketing managers, sales managers/directors) to collect all relevant information to manage projects.
- Acts as a resource for other team members; may lead projects with limited risks and resource requirements
- Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience

Requirements and Preferred Skills
- University degree in Business, Marketing and/or Communications or similar with 5-7 years of relevant experience in the field of Marketing, Marketing communication or similar industry
- A relevant experience in a B2B / B2C marketing environment, ideally within an automotive company or industrial company
- Good commercial judgement and use common sense
- Ability to get results and answers to questions on a timely basis with sometimes limited resources and data
- Excellent communication skills and positive behavior
- MS Office - especially MS Excel
- Fluency in English - spoken and written
