Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- To monitor customer specific requirements regularly update. To manage and monitor OE customer program activities (new and ongoing) regarding to IATF 16949 and customer specific requirement expectations.
- To manage and monitor customer complaint management process for OE, Industrial and AR groups.
- To takes places initiation and closure of all internal, serial quality, customer, and system related issues.
- To be responsible of quarantine areas, to define necessary actions to release and/or scrap or rework of finish product and/or semi- finish product. To follow product in warehouse quarantine area for necessary actions.
- Participates in, quality studies e.g. preparing control plans, measurement documents, gage design activities , new launch requirements, MSA studies, participating PPAP studies from conception through customer approval for ABDS and SBDS tensioners and idlers. To submit customer PPAP documentations are on time and in first time true, objectives.
- To provides full support for preparing quality procedures, instructions and forms. To operate and maintain all programs, systems and objectives as defined by the facility quality policy and espousing Gates Quality Commitment.
- Lead 8D root cause problem solving activities for warranty claims
- Ensure lessons learnt from warranty analysis are communicated across all product/customer platforms and captured on new projects APQP tasks as well as within DFMEA & PFMEA.

- Explains complex, difficult and/or sensitive information; works to build consensus
Supervisory Responsibilities
- None
- Acts as a resource for other team members; may lead projects with limited risks and resource requirements
Requirements and Preferred Skills
- 5-7 years of experience, including a minimum of 3 years of direct experience in the automotive industry.
- Bachelor Degree from Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent education
- Knowledge of IATF 16949, 8D, fishbone ect.
- Requires good oral and written communication skills in Turkish and English
- Ensure lessons learnt from warranty analysis are communicated across all product/customer platforms and captured on new projects APQP tasks s well as withing DFMEA & PFMEA.
- This position is a fixed-term role for 11 months, covering the absence of an employee on maternity leave.
