Temporary Logistic Responsible

Short Description

We are currently seeking a Fixed-Term Logistic Responsible to be based at our factory in the Gaziemir Free Zone. This is an 11-month fixed-term position to cover a maternity leave.

This role serves as the primary communication link between our plant and both OEM and aftermarket customers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external customers regarding order status, shipping updates, and inventory questions.

• Process all customer shipping releases and issue timely and accurate Advance Shipping Notifications (ASNs).

• Issue daily shipment requirements to production associates.

• Maintain and monitor customer-owned dunnage and packaging inventories.

• Operate within customer communication systems for inventory control and shipping documentation.

• Maintain full responsibility for the accuracy of order details that affect production planning.

• Ensure all records and documentation comply with internal quality policies and Gates Quality Commitment standards.

• Handle customer interactions with professionalism and clarity.

• Manage and maintain customer master data including TPO, BOMs, routings, ECR follow-up, and packaging specifications.

Requirements and Preferred Skills

• 2-4 years of experience, 

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Prior experience in an manufacturing environment is required.
• Fluency in English is required.
• High-level customer service orientation.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong planning and time management abilities; able to handle frequent interruptions while staying organized.
• For male candidates, completion of mandatory military service is required. 
• Candidates must reside in Izmir or be willing to relocate to Izmir. #LI-GG1
