Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Daily financial cost accounting, preparing financial statements and management reports according to company requirements;
  • Participate in the formulation of the company's annual budget, prepare monthly rolling forecasts, analyze the actual situation and budget, identify the reasons for differences in forecasts, and improve them;
  • Cross departmental collaboration to oversee the execution of the company's financial plans and production operations;
  • Calculate product standard cost and related party transfer pricing, and conduct gross profit analysis;
  • Responsible for inventory and fixed asset management control, as well as inventory counting and other related matters;
  • Analysis of material procurement price differences, monthly inventory reports, and management of stagnant inventory analysis;
  • Prepare monthly operating expenses, compare actual and budgeted expenses, and control expenses accordingly;
  • Coordinate with the management department to conduct economic activity analysis, strive to reduce costs, increase revenue and reduce expenses, and improve efficiency.
  • Assist accounting firms in conducting annual financial audits to ensure that the audit report displays the true, complete, standardized, and legal financial condition of the enterprise;
  • Every year, participate in customs laws and regulations learning to understand various policies such as customs, taxation, and foreign exchange, ensuring compliance in financial operations and management;
  • Regularly calculate the comprehensive financial status of the company annually based on financial audit reports and financial indicators published by the General Administration of Customs;
  • Supervise the company's compliance with national financial regulations and rules.

Requirements and Preferred Skills

  • 1. At least 5 years of work experience in multinational manufacturing companies, and at least 2 years of work experience in the same position;
    2. Full time undergraduate degree or above, holding bachelor's and degree certificates;
    3. Certified Management Accountant, Certified Public Accountant preferred;
    4. Proficient in using office automation software and Oracle, SAP software.
