FP&A Manager

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Work closely with business leaders and China finance team to deliver GC major financial KPIs.
2. Lead China annual budget & monthly rolling forecast including P&L and working capital.
3. Monthly China reporting and financial analysis (margin, MFG performance, SGA, working capital).
4. Responsible for monthly corporate pack report, root cause analysis, ensuring the information is integrated and accurate.
5. Responsible for the management of GC working capital optimization.
6. IUC to meet global compliance requirement including JV splitting, forecast variance analysis etc.
7. Joint venture splitting related including small and major customer definition, profit allocation etc.
8. Smart use of system (BI, GGP, HFM).
9. Standardization and continuous improvement at reginal level.
10. Other tasks or duties assigned by reporting manager.

5. Strong responsible attitude, able to follow deadline and result orientated.
6. Familiar with HFM, GGP and BI system.
7. Familiar with MS-office software especially Excel and PowerPoint.
8. Good knowledge of PRC accounting principles and US GAAP.
9. Good command in English especially in written English.
