Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for new customer development, customer information collection and market potential information, responsible for performance growth.
  • Resolutely complete the sales target, strictly implement the company's rules and regulations, conscientiously perform the duties.
  • Communicate with customers, timely grasp the needs of customers, and understand the status of customers. 
  • Making Action plans, to effectively find sales leads and potential customers.
  •  Launch and coordinate the development of action plans and programs to penetrate new markets.
  •  Establish strong contacts within the designated market segments, including customers, suppliers, partners and key distributors.
  •  Assist in the development and implementation of the marketing plan as needed.
  •  Provide timely, accurate, and competitive pricing for all completed lead customer applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margins.
  •  Maintain accurate records of all pricing, sales, and activity reports.
  •  Create and execute proposals, presentations, and request proposal responses.
  • Control the sales expenses to meet the budget guidelines.
  • Coordinate with internal / external collaboration.
  • Meet or exceed all activity criteria for visiting calls, appointments, demonstrations, presentations, and transactions.
  • Show the ability to interact and work together with all the company employees.
  • Other work assigned by the superior / manager.

Keys to Success

Understand the market, grasp customer needs, integrate customer resources, establish sales channels, and independently complete product promotion and sales work.

Supervisory Responsibilities

Requirements and Preferred Skills

  • College Degree or above, Preferring Engineering Background
  • Over 3 years' sales experience. Hard Working can adapt to frequent business trips. Strong ability to analyze, negotiate and solve problems.
  • Have 1-2 years of business development experience and successful cases first.
