Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Making Action plans, to effectively find sales leads and potential customers.
  • Launch and coordinate the development of action plans and programs to penetrate new markets.
  • Establish strong contacts within the designated market segments, including customers, suppliers, partners, and key distributors.
  • Maintain the existing customers, develop the new customers, and complete the sales targets set by the superior.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of the marketing plan as needed.
  • Timely provide feedback to management on performance.
  1. Provide timely, accurate, and competitive pricing for all completed lead customer applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margins.
  2. Maintain accurate records of all pricing, sales, and activity reports.
  3. Create and execute proposals, presentations, and request proposal responses.
  4. Control the sales expenses to meet the budget guidelines.
  5. Coordinate with internal / external collaboration.
  6. Meet or exceed all activity criteria for visiting calls, appointments, demonstrations, presentations, and transactions.
  7. Power and responsibility to sell, accountability and follow-up.
  8. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  9. Show the ability to interact and work together with all the company employees
  10. Attend company-defined training and train staff as needed.
  11. Participate in improvement projects and GPS initiatives.
  12. Other work assigned by the superior / manager.

  • Bachelor's degree, Engineering Background
  • Over 3 years of sales experience. Hard Working can adapt to frequent business trips. Strong ability to analyze, negotiate and solve problems.
