Production Group Leader

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1.reviewing & recording scrap
记录、检查确认报废
2.ensuring each working station use MFC system correctly and timely
确保各工位正确、及时地使用MFC系统
3.ensuring timely delivery of materials to workstations (create & follow the system to make sure material supply is OK)
entering mmc issues into MP2
确保生产原材料的定时发放（建立和实施材料供应发放的体系）MP2系统的使用，输入问题点并跟踪解决
4.filling in at workstations for breaks & lunches and whenever else required
在需要时（如休息和吃饭时间、有人请假、有人员缺口）顶岗，以确保生产线的正常运行
5.leaving notes for following shifts & supervisors
把需要交接的信息准确及时的传达到别的班次
6.ensure other operations are following the schedules
确保所有工序都按照计划生产产品
7.make necessary changes to schedules to ensure continuous flow of hoses/materials (take decisions required to ensure smooth flow)
如有必要，调整计划以确保管子、软芯及其他材料的流通（与主管一起决定以确保生产的顺畅）
8.always working on a Continuous Improvement Project
一直的带领团队成员进行持续改善
9.ensure operators are filling out AM's, quality cards, SPC, oil-adding lists, etc
确保员工按时填写“自主点检表”“过程控制表”“SPC 记录表”“流程监察表”等现场管控表格
10.perform first-aid on as-needed basis
在需要时进行急救处理
11.ensure operators are working safely
确保员工的安全生产、防护用品的佩戴，安全装置的使用
12.make sure production is scanned or reported on time into 4th Shift
四班系统的使用，及时扫描，及时入库，发现报表管理器里的问题并汇报
13.ensure all operators are following work instructions, and advise changes to PD when necessary
确保所有工人按照“作业指导书”或“标准化作业”进行生产作业，并在发现问题时跟开发部沟通更改
14.responsible for shift output, shift manpower arrangement, shift 5S and PPH.
对当班产出，人员安排，现场5S以及当班每人每小时效率负责。
