Quality Engineer

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• 1. Customer satisfaction
  - Coordinator customer PPAP preparation and submission
  - Customer database or requirements maintenance
  - Coordinate customer 8D preparation and follow up
  2.Growth
  - Participate GFQP activity for product development
  - Involved hose certification activity
  3.Market leadership
  - Coordinate hose assembly control plan, FMEA preparation, discussion and regular review
  - Prepare process control sheet and implementation as well
  - Conduct random audits of process and product
  - Maintenance responsibility of error proofing devices
  - Coordinate MSA study and process Cpk study
  4.Value creation
  - Coordinator regular quality report preparation
  - Review daily base quality data and process capability trends
  - Set up systematic preventive maintenance
  - Perform audit for plant preventive maintenance, provide inputs for continual improvement
  - take a lead ship in trouble-shooting and root cause analysis to problem solving and countermeasures taking
  - To be involved in GPS activity
  5.Citizenship
  - To participate on  HSE Excellence program as required
  - To conduct analysis of HSE impact of new processes
  6.People development
  - To coordinate HR training of quality concept for workshop
  - Prepare quality train matrix to determine necessary competence for personnel performing work affecting product
   quality
  7.Other tasks assigned by Quality Manager

Supervisory Responsibilities

• None
• Assigns tasks to and coordinates work with entry-level engineers, technicians, or administrative staff.
• Impacts quality of own work and the work of others on the team; works within guidelines and policies

Requirements and Preferred Skills

• External audit training certification
  Good skills in communication with relevant department, Team work and strong quality assurance knowledge.
  Familiar with API7K & APIQ1
  SPC,MSA,FMEA,APQP,PPAP knowledge
  IATF16949,ISO9001 knowledge

  3~5 years working experience with minimum 2 years in quality assurance or project management
