Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1.Customer satisfaction
- According to the delivery notice, deliver materials as the basis of first in first out principle and kanban system/根据出货通知，按照先进先出的原则和看板发放物料;
- Assure the quantity and the type of the input and output materials/确保物料收发数量、品种准确无误;
- Assure the stock quantity compliance with the account./确保库存数量及帐目数量一致
- Check the quantity of stored inventory periodically/定期盘点在库库存；
- Clean up the warehouse regularly in order to keep all the stock in good status/定期整理仓库，保持所有物料处于良好状态；
- Flexible working hours;灵活的工作时间；
2.Value creation
- Ensures warehouse documents and work bills completed and available/确保仓库文档和仓库凭证完整齐全；
- Can provide constructive suggestions according to one's working experience, and is willing to accept amendatory suggestions./能够根据工作经验提出工作改善建议，并且乐于接受改进方案;
- Identify root cause of errors and implement process improvements as preventive measures when necessary;/按照防措查找差错原因和执行过程改善。
- Ensure the properly handling of materials to avoid damage to both people & products./确保物料的适当操作以避免人员和产品受到损伤。
3.People development
- Participate in training defined by the company as required/按要求参加公司培训；
- Participate in improvements projects and GPS initiative./参加改善项目和GPS项目。
4. Citizenship
- Use the environment friendly or certified/treated packaging materials to handle and transport the products./合理运用包装材料处理发运产品。
5.Other tasks assigned by the supervisor./主管交办的其它工作。

Authorities职权：            
Inventory management, warehouse data and documents maintenance./库存管理，仓库资料与文档的维护。            
Technical/Professional Training & Qualification 技术性/专业性培训和资历            
A）Essential 基本要求：            
 1. be familiar with Office Applications./熟练使用office软件。            
2. Teamwork spirit & self-starter./拥有团队合作精神以及积极主动开展工作。            
3. Honest and reliable./诚实可靠。 4. Hands on experience on ERP system./有ERP经验。            
5. Familiar with warehouse management procedure;/熟悉仓库管理流程。            
6. high responsibility./高度的责任心。            
B)  Desirable 理想要求：1.Stong communication, coordination./良好的沟通和协调能力。            
"1. have a forklift driving license./有叉车证。
2. prefer basic read & written English skill./拥有一定英语读写技能者优先考虑。"            
Educational Requirement 教育（受训）要求：            
A) Essential 基本要求： 1. senior high school or technical & vocational school./高中生或职校生。            
B) Desirable 理想要求： 1. 3 years' College Graduate./大专学历。            
Experience Required 工作经验：1. At least 2 years' warehouse experience./两年以上仓库管理工作经验。            
2. Experience in similar manufacturing industry./类似行业工作经验。
