Team Leader

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Be responsible for the daily team management and problem solving and tracking.
2. Supervise the operation within team to ensure all the process are in line with the standardized operation procedure.
3. Responsible for draft and optimize the standardize work for team operators.
4. Responsible for stocktaking and constantly check the storage to ensure high inventory accuracy.
5. Cooperate with relevant department to deal with any abnormal issue and give the feedback.
6. Complete warehouse LPA audit and assess employees based on their performance.
7. Make CI proposals and carry out CI projects.  Use lean methods to continuously optimize warehouse space.
8. Perform 5S and visualization requirements.
9. Motivate staff and maintain an effective team and high moral.
10. Responsible for training and continuous education of related person.
11. Responsible for company HSE policy, HSE management system and Emergency Response implementation in department
12. Other tasks or duties as assigned.

Requirements and Preferred Skills

1. High school degree and above.
2. Fork-lift license.
3. Logistics related experience is preferred.
4. At least 2 years of warehouse team leader experience.
5. Good communication skills, good ability on problem finding, analysis and solving, can work in pressure, logical thinking and strong analytical capability.
6. Familiar with Office software and warehouse management.
7. Good sense of responsibility and working attitude.
