What to Expect

We are looking for a customer-focused and detail-oriented professional to join our team. Based in Kemalpaşa, you will work in a dynamic, cross-functional environment supporting our foreign trade activities.

You will be responsible for managing daily customer orders, coordinating shipments, and preparing commercial documentation in line with company policies. You'll support our sales teams and maintain close collaboration with internal departments.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manages and supports key customer accounts, including order processing, shipment coordination, and issue resolution.
  • Ensures accurate and timely order entry, confirmations, documentation, and ERP system updates.
  • Coordinates logistics operations, including transport planning, customs processes, invoicing, and delivery tracking.
  • Handles customer inquiries and provides timely updates on lead times, orders, and deliveries.
  • Supports the quotation process, tracks sales performance, and aligns with product, pricing, and lead time strategies.
  • Collaborates with Product Management on new product offerings, technical documentation, and sample handling.
  • Monitors production schedules and escalates issues to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements and Preferred Skills

  • 2-4 years of experience
  • Typically requires a college or university degree or the equivalent work experience that provides exposure to fundamental theories, principles and concepts
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business, Engineering, Trade, Marketing, or Logistics
  • Fluency in English
  • Proven experience in problem-solving, teamwork, and report generation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficient computer skills, including MS Office applications and experience with various ERP systems.
  • Demonstrated customer-oriented organizational skills.
  • Practical experience in international trade, marketing, and sales support functions.
  • Sound knowledge of cost and turnover calculations.
  • Understanding of corporate structures, products, and dynamics within the automotive industry.
