What to Expect

We are looking for a Personnel and Administration Specialist to join our Kemalpaşa Plant on an 11 month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave.

In this role, you will manage payroll, employee records, and attendance while coordinating essential services such as transport, catering, and facility support. You will work closely with the HR team, managers, and service providers to ensure that all processes run smoothly and in compliance with labor laws, company policies, and quality standards. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage payroll processes, salary/advance payments, employee attendance, compensation, and leave tracking in coordination with payroll firm.

  • Handle personnel administration, legal processes, disciplinary procedures, and occupational accident notifications.

  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and exit processes.

  • Monitor and report on company vehicle maintenance, insurance, and related records.

  • Coordinate with HR, security, cleaning, and department managers to ensure smooth operations.

  • Prepare reports, quality records, and documentation as required; maintain proper archiving.

  • Support company events, meetings, and internal/external organizations.

  • Identify needs for office, stationery, and administrative supplies, initiate purchasing, and track stocks.

  • Requires expanded conceptual knowledge in own area of expertise while developing additional skill sets

Supervisory Responsibilities

  • None
  • No supervisory responsibilities but may provide guidance to new associates
  • Builds knowledge of the company, processes and customers

Requirements and Preferred Skills

  • 2-4 years of experience
  • Typically requires a college or university degree or the equivalent work experience that provides exposure to fundamental theories, principles and concepts
  • Preferably have knowledge of foreign languages.
  • Preferably those who have indirect purchasing experience.
