What to Expect
We are looking for a System Analyst to support and lead our CANIAS ERP operations across our Kemalpaşa facility and other locations. In this role, you will take ownership of the ERP system, ensuring smooth performance, resolving issues, and delivering enhancements that support daily operations and long‑term business goals.
You will work closely with all departments to analyze needs, develop technical solutions, and manage system updates and projects. Expect to support users, coordinate with vendors, and handle light software development while maintaining high standards of data security and system reliability. You will play a key role in improving processes, supporting shop‑floor systems, and contributing to global IT initiatives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Serve as the primary technical expert for CANIAS ERP, managing system administration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvements.

Provide technical support across all facilities, resolving ERP issues, managing HelpDesk tickets, and supporting users with onboarding, access control, and system security.

Lead and support ERP enhancement projects, upgrades, deployments, and decommissioning of legacy systems; act as project manager when assigned.

Develop and implement light programming solutions using Troia, SQL, MS Excel VBA, .NET, Canias Web Services, and related technologies.

Collaborate with IAS and other vendors for issue resolution, updates, and new implementations.

Support additional IT functions including hardware setup, barcode and shop floor systems, password resets, licensing documentation, audits, and compliance tasks.Maintain documentation, ensure data confidentiality, and follow IT and safety compliance procedures.

Supervise external resources when required and support plant audits such as ISO/TS 16949.

Requirements and Preferred Skills
- 5-7 years of experience

Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or equivalent preferred.

3+ years of hands-on CANIAS ERP experience; functional knowledge in modules such as Finance, Inventory, Production, Purchasing, Shipping/Sales, EDI, MRP, Engineering Change Control, or Barcode design is a plus.

Experience with IT Help Desk systems; strong customer service mindset and timely ticket resolution.

Strong data analysis skills using MS Excel, SQL, MS Access, Power BI, or AS400; ability to create high-quality reports and dashboards.

Knowledge of MS SQL Server and Windows Server environments; System i Navigator experience is an asset.

Ability to support related IT hardware such as barcode printers, RF terminals, laser printers, and thin clients.Knowledge of C#, ASP.Net/MVC, Web Services, Windows Services, T‑SQL, or Dynamic SQL is a plus.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Strong written and spoken English communication skills.Excellent teamwork and collaboration abilities.
