What to Expect

We are looking for a Re-Sale Material Planner to join our Kemalpaşa plant on an 11 month fixed-term contract. You will play a key role in ensuring customer orders are fulfilled smoothly and on time. 

Working closely with sales, purchasing, production, and logistics teams, you’ll gain hands-on experience in international trade processes, production planning, and ERP/MRP systems. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintaining safety stock and reorder levels for materials, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Regularly updating planning parameters on the ERP system to reflect operational requirements.
  • Monitoring and controlling material needs within the system, creating material demands based on these needs and purchasing constraints.
  • Overseeing raw material and parts warehouse stock turnover, identifying and resolving issues to achieve target levels.
  • Preparing, tracking, and revising weekly production plans, taking into account product orders, stock levels, production capacity, and new product introductions.
  • Determining and managing production work order timelines by evaluating order sizes, material availability, and production capacity.
  • Managing the preparation and procurement of semi-finished product work orders as needed.
  • Communicating with the Purchasing Unit to ensure ordered materials are stocked in alignment with deadlines and production plans.
  • Analyzing challenges affecting production plan performance and implementing practical solutions.
  • Performing capacity analyses to ensure production processes consistently meet customer engineering and capacity requirements.

Requirements and Preferred Skills

  • 2-4 years of experience
  • Typically requires a college or university degree or the equivalent work experience that provides exposure to fundamental theories, principles and concepts
  • Demonstrates knowledge of ERP and MRP processes.
  • Proficient in the English language.
