Engineer II, Quality

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure product quality standards are met by performing regular product inspections, testing, and audits.
• Maintain detailed records of quality control inspections, tests, and audits, ensuring accurate documentation for traceability.
• Provide training and support for production teams on quality procedures and best practices.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives for production processes to enhance quality and efficiency.
• Investigate quality issues and non-conformances, conducting root cause analysis and developing corrective actions.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and product design, to ensure quality requirements are met throughout the lifecycle of a product.
• Coordinates in plant product & Process auditing functions and maintains records.
• Complete Process quality reviews on a regular basis including daily, weekly & monthly management reviews.

Supervisory Responsibilities

• The incumbent operates as an Individual Contributor & reports to the Quality Manager and supports him to achieve the business objectives of the company.

Requirements and Preferred Skills

• Requires a bachelor education in Engineering or Diploma
• Must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in quality assurance, quality control, or related roles, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
