Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the role are to Work according to Production Planning to meet customer demands  and Responsible for ensuring to achieve safety, productivity, and on-time performance goals on his machine. Leads and directs personnel in the manufacturing of products reflecting a high degree of quality while maintaining 100% of the planned requirements, to obtain customer & associate satisfaction.  

• Setup of machine i.e. cleaning, shorting out unwanted & updating of daily machine check sheet before starting of production.
• Execution & achieving of target according to plan provided by supervisor & filling of production detail in sheet.
• Follow up of SOP 100% during production to control the process.
• Checking & inspection of material with precision tools.
• Troubleshooting of issues that might arise during production.
• Keeping records of production output sheet, machine setup approval, SPC sheets & daily machine check sheet.
• Maintaining of daily production activity in logbook for daily communication.

Supervisory Responsibilities

The incumbent operates as an Individual contributor & reports to and support Manager - Production in all day-to-day operations to achieve the objectives of the company.

Requirements and Preferred Skills

• Diploma in Engineering.
• 0-2 years of experience in similar type of industries.

• Sound knowledge of Standard Work Procedure in Manufacturing.
• Good knowledge of different tools of Production Process and Quality Concepts.
• Working knowledge of Hose Manufacturing Process.
