Responsibility             

• Operation & maintenance of Boiler
• Maintaining 5 S in boiler area
• Required good knowledge of Vulcanizers and steam line accessories.
• Sound knowledge in Maintenance and operations of boiler
• Maintaining and repairing boiler equipment and all associated components.
• Regularly testing boiler water and making necessary adjustments to chemicals to prevent corrosion and harmful deposits.
• Record and maintain daily logs on boiler operations, maintenance, and safety activities.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to handle trouble shooting
• Good knowledge of water treatment plant.

Education and Certification Requirements

• Boiler 1st class operator has certificate of competency of the First Class from Director of boiler board.
• Minimum matriculation required

Experience

• 2 years’ experience as boiler attendant as Second Class Certificate of Competency in sole working charge of a

        Boiler whose heating surface is not less than 50 square meter.
