In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, optimizing, and developing automation systems to ensure the smooth operation of our production processes. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

On a 3 shifts working model, you'll be responsible for:

  • Maintenance automation industrial systems: PLC(Programmable Logic Controller), networks, HMI (Human-Machine Interface) – visualization systems, electrical issue
  • Configuration and maintenance of machine communication networks within the maintenance area
  • Calibration of measurement equipment in accordance with the Quality Management System (QMS)
  • Upgrading and developing visualization systems (e.g. AVEVA) in both maintenance and production areas
  • Active participation in new projects supporting plant development
  • Management and implementation of energy-saving projects

  • Collaboratively uses judgment to determine adaptations in methods for nonroutine aspects of assignments.

Supervisory Responsibilities

  • None
  • Assigns tasks to and coordinates work with entry-level engineers, technicians, or administrative staff.
  • Impacts quality of own work and the work of others on the team; works within guidelines and policies

Requirements and Preferred Skills

  • 2-4 years of experience on similar position
  • Typically requires a college or university degree or the equivalent work experience that provides exposure to fundamental theories, principles and concepts
  • Experience in PLC programming - minimum 1 year
  • Understanding of Human-Machine Interface
  • MS Office proficiency#LI-JB1
